Our systems and methods addresses critical issues such as erosion, termite infestations, mildew, and mold by effectively managing condensation from air conditioning units. The system consists of a combination of a condensation drain pipe and a condensation pan, efficiently discharging excess moisture through PVC pipes outside the home. Additionally, our design features a distributione tube that funnels water into fabricated branch tubes, allowing for effective dispersion throughout landscape plant beds. The system is user-friendly, as it can be assembled in the field using interchangeable components that are attachable, detachable, lightweight, and portable.
